Nesting much?

So, Mama has been a little busy in the sewing/knitting department and she wanted to share a few things. We'll catch you up on a few holiday pics in our next post.

This first project started from realizing that the Christmas coasters were now packed away, but we actually have a few pieces of furniture now that we care about. So...I churned a few non-Christmas coasters out for the living room. My timing was good too as I'm typically not without a large glass of crushed ice with a little water. Don't ask. Just blame it on the pregnancy.



Next came the need for some type of curtain in our kitchen window. I'm pretty much Target-ed out and have bought way too many curtains at that lovely store over the years, but I was hoping for something a little more unique. The other motivation was that lil' J pretty much gives himself a show at dinner every night as he stares at his reflection in the window.



The next two pictures are of the knitting variety. On my needles now are some great little pants for the upcoming babe that match with the tiniest polo sweater that I just finished up. The knitting projects have been great in the last couple weeks as I have been slowing down a lot!





And lastly, I couldn't leave without a little pic of my first little man. Our viewers have the pleasure of seeing Daddy's office and his favorite assistant. Surprisingly, this assistant doesn't get too much done yet and often may be the source of some stressful office dynamics.
