Happy Birthday Daddy!

Holy Cow!  It's been a very long time since we've been here.  But Mama figured Daddy's birthday was as good a time as ever to make an appearance.

Mama and lil'J started the morning with some decorating (thanks to lil'j's reminder) and then we promptly had to wake Daddy up to show him. (Sorry - not much sleeping in!) Then straight to present opening.


We celebrated the morning with a good cup of coffee for Daddy and some Christmas cookies.



We wanted to leave you on this chilly December day with some thoughts about this great guy in our life. He is such a selfless, hard-working man. He is an amazing Dad that loves playing and working with his boy. (Currently, they are working on some projects in the garage.) He does not want for much and his favorite kind of day would be hanging out with his family sitting in front of a toasty fire. By the way, I'm talking winter favorite day, not to be mistaken by a summer day on the boat catching a VERY, VERY large tuna (preferably), stripper or bluefish. Mama and lil'j always look forward to the days Daddy's around because there is always so much fun.
