better late than never

it's been a slow news week around here for most of us, with the notable exception of Ame's Christmas cactus. It decided to make a big showing yesterday just in time for. . . the second week in January.

don't worry grandparents and other babywatchers, I'm sure the little guy is bound to do something extraordinary and noteworthy again any day now. we'll post it as soon as it happens.
